In January 2017 I did a short trip to Brachina Gorge, in the Flinders Ranges.
I managed to find the Flinders Ranges Ediacaran GSSP or “Golden Spike” and explored the area, which contains some fascinating fossils of Ediacaran biota, although they are hard to find.
